Why People Choose Large Dogs

Many folks choose large dogs to feel protected. You may have a family and you want to have peace of mind that you, your spouse and especially your children are protected. A large dog will watch over you and your family. A large dog in a home will deter criminals as well.

You may live alone and want the feeling of security so you decide on a large dog or two. You know that your dogs will notice if there is anything unusual going on around your home or your yard.

A large dog will help to get you more exercise. Many people feel more comfortable walking a large dog versus a tiny lapdog. With a tiny lapdog another dog could come running and try to bite your little dog. With a large dog you have the confidence that your dog can protect himself/herself as well as you.

Any size dog will help relieve your stress. The love that your dog has for you will brighten your day. The bond the two of you share will help keep you healthier than if you did not have a dog.

Choose a large, small or medium dog to add to your family. You can find wonderful products for your dog to make him feel comfortable.

  1. I had to have a small dog and a large dog! No matter what size they are--they are so lovable and protective. Although the big dog could hurt someone more than our little dog. lol

  2. The pic looks just like my dog! Big or small--they are so loveable. My big dog thinks he's a little dog by the way he jumps up on the couch to lay by me. lol

  4. What a precious dog. I'm still deciding if I should get a large dog or a small one. Maybe I need to have one of each. If my pocketbook can afford it--I'm set!
