These days the GSD has no regulation on breeding so genetic problems such as color-paling, hip dysphasia, weakness of temperament, missing teeth and monorchidism are common. Some German Shepherd dog’s have bent or folded ears which do not fully turn upwards when the dog reaches maturity.
